I have both I, Robot and I am Legend and they are rather descriptive on what "they" have in store for us. While watching the teasers for the "2s" and what I know of Musk describing transhumanism I am not going there. I don't mind a small amount of technology, but it is getting too complicated, too sophisticated and PROGRAMMABLE, mean you are being programmed. A flick of the switch, where you might have been righteously agitated and angry, you are electronically lobotomized to a docile, drooling slave on your knees and be made to pay homage to some better and grovel and beg some small mercy. Worse yet, sit at an assembly line to turn a widget over all 12 hours a day you are now required to show your productivity or face soylent green...
