Oh yeah, you know it. President Bush has declared a state of emergency for the upcoming inauguration, in order that money can be released to the people who will be affected by the not-so-naturally occuring catastrophie that is the swearing in of the 44th.
What money is released you may ask? Why our taxpayer money, what else! I mean, someone has to pay for all that pomp and circumstance.
