It is ironic that the Lord would have me write about heretics so soon before He would show me something so amazing, so profound in it's simplicity that the whole of carnal christiandom would rise up to the shouts of "HERETIC" should the idea be whispered within it's halls. I can't be blunt on this one. I'm too busy at the moment to give it a proper post. But here is a little taste - Nothing is impossible for God. Except, it is impossible for God to lie, other than that nothing is impossible for Him. God was in Christ, reconciling the WHOLE WORLD to himself. It is God's will that ALL Men be saved. Jesus Christ conquered sin and death with His perfect sacrifice. If all these things are true - then God can absolutely reach beyond the grave to save a sinner who died in his sins.
This changes everything.
Wow! My Heavenly Father is blowing my mind right now. I am crazy busy the next couple days - I am done with jury duty but I'm working and my schedule is full so I'm not sure when I can elaborate. I have so much to study before more becomes clear, but today, the Lord just got bigger.
I love you my friends!

You stated, "If all these things are true - then God can absolutely reach beyond the grave to save a sinner who died in his sins."
The issue is never what God "can" do, rather what He will do. Once we die we cross over a threshold clearly established in scripture.
Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.
Yet what people need to realize is that the threshold is often placed before death itself. That sinners can come to a place where God will prove His rejection in that He will not hear their cries.
Pr 1:24 Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
25 But ye have set at nought all My counsel, and would none of My reproof:
26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;
27 When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.
28 Then shall they call upon Me, but I will not answer; they shall seek Me early, but they shall not find Me.
I know people like to point to the thief on the cross as witness of death bed conversion, however, just because he was condemned to men to die doesn't mean his crime was one deserving of death. One may steal from others never caring he grave hardships they may impose on their victims while another to feed his family. We know nothing of his life prior to this introduction to him by scripture, but it is clear from his own words that he acknowledged his sins and broken.
The scariest verse for the sinner alive is found in Revelation -
Re 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

When I lived in Germany the Coca-cola cans said, "Trink Coke" My position was that it said "Drink Coke." My friends position was that it said, "Enjoy Coke." We asked our German friend who was right. Our friend said, "you are both right, Trink means drink so that you may enjoy."
I'm not going to be debating anyone about this doctrine. Believe what you are going to believe. It use to be very very important to me that people believed the exact same way as me. But I see everything differently now.
God bless you!

What freedom to know that it is God who does the heart changing in others - not us! Our arguing generally only hardens people in their long-held beliefs. Present the facts and let God do the rest.
Isn't a relief to know that God is totally in control of EVERYTHING.

Yes! It is a massive relief! I am in awe of the magnitude of the plan of God and my face hurts because I have been smiling so much!
Thanks!
