Salvation is Love; unfailing love. May Love not be reduced in us to a philosophy; to something as fragile as positive think or so restrained as "self-love".
I confess that Love's requirements are related from I Corinthians 13. and saddly, many who love themselves do not love Salvation.
I am just barely beginning to understand the huge scope and breadth of what love really is. Maybe if we ever truly understand love, we will understand the Father who IS love. At the moment, the Lord is putting on my heart to love those in my life who do not love me back. Because that is truly unconditional love. It is harder than I thought it would be. I have a long way to go to be loving. thanks for commenting!
