Water at last

The RV repair man came over on Tuesday and installed the new water heater. There were some issues that had to be resolved so it wasn't until yesterday that we finally had water again. I have never been so happy to wash a bunch of dishes as I was last night. We had lived with no running water since before Christmas. I'm planning on taking a nice warm shower this morning.

We found out that the repair man had not had the poison in the arm and was adamantly opposed to everything going on with it. It was a nice bonding moment.

Take care out there!

That's great! Nothing like washing RV dust off ya! What kind of problems did you have? WH bigger then the opening kind of thing? If I have to replace my WH, I was thinking one of those tankless propane type. No winterizing or a tank to rust, bust or valves to turn just hot water when you need it. Only limitations are water you carry and propane.

there were some additional leaks that had to be repaired but he fixed them. we are waiting on a new door for where the wh vents. but at least I finally have hot water!

So did you get all the RV dust scrubbed off? still working? The old door didn't fit? Or, did you get a different brand WH?

we got a different brand. our last one was just propane heated but the new one is electric and propane. it is nice because i used to have to wait 45 min for the water to get hot and now it is always hot.
