I grew up in the town of Sherwood. It was nice and old fashioned and quiet. Now it has little suburban mazes that once you drive into, it may take you hours to find your way back out of. Dont make the mistake of following garage sale signs without leaving yourself some bread crumbs to follow back. Above it a picture of some ghost town malls that are all built but nothing to go into, of which Sherwood now has several of these. Who is going to move into these buildings?
Lev 26:1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up [any] image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I [am] the LORD your God.
On a side note: here is a picture of a little bowl of idols sitting on the counter of the place I am staying at.
If you are not willing to get rid of the obvious idols in your life, how will you recognize the subtle idols?
