Wendy(L),that made my morning! And the computer I got, I was loading some programs Friday night and it pooped the bed! The screen flashed twice and went into "Recovery System" and stayed there until it was finished. When it stopped all it would do was display my name Kevin and then go to a black screen... I felt like I was watching HAL again on 2001/2010; A Space Odyssey.
I really sympathize with you. Nothing is worse than having to deal with computer issues. I hate when the computer dies with no notice and I have to try to remember all the websites I have in my favorites from memory. I always end up losing some in the process. Hope things are going better for you!
You can "Export" your bookmarks and documents and pictures/video to a thumb drive and when you have that problem of a computer disintegration and you get a new one, or fix the one that popped.
