I'm at a loss of what to write about. Not that I don't have enough to talk about - more like I have too much.
I feel a lot like this guy:
My thoughts on our current Reality
I feel a lot like this guy:
This is not trying to be a doom and gloom blog post. Just a look at what the enemy thinks of as important dates. Today is a 223 223 date. 2.23.2023. 322 is the number for Skull and Bones. So the fact that today is a double reversed 322 date has to be significant for them.
Just a possible false flag day. Although we'd be hard pressed to single out something in particular with all the daily catastrophes going on. Just situational awareness. You never know with these people.
Take care out there.
The RV repairman finally finished up. Our heater is working fine again – although we will probably try to use our 2nd electric heater as much as possible to save on propane. We had to have him out a couple times before he was finished because we had a leak and no hot water. The leak was just a loose fitting and the no hot water was due to a blown fuse which he replaced and gave us a spare.
The RV repairman is a really great guy. He told us that the part for the heater is usually around 89 dollars but is now over 350! I believe him. It's just like everything else around here.
We chatted about balloons and trains and the sorry state of our country. It's rare to find someone who knows what is going on in the world. He said, “Don't take this personally, but I hope I never see you again.” We laughed. We knew he meant that he hopes nothing else breaks on our RV. I hope so too.
Hope everyone is doing well. Keep prepping and praying!
Take care out there!
Take care out there.
Le Sigh.
Since it seems we have a little lull (and I have already written about everything going on) in the escalating destruction of Western civilization, I thought I would start to tell the story of our dog. It may take several posts, so I will try to squeeze them in between fake food and the poisoning of the water supply.
A long time ago I had a ferret named Flash. He was so cute. His little antics and stories about his hidden stashes of shiny objects could fill a book. I really loved that little guy.
He got lymphoma and died.
I vowed to never have another pet due to the fact that they get sick and die on you and then you are painfully brokenhearted.
But then I met my husband. He had an adorable little black and tan chihuahua named Jojo. (She looked like the picture above.) Except for her crooked nose and her snaggle tooth she was perfect in every way. I loved that dog.
She used to snuggle up and lay by me as I worked on the computer. She was always obedient. She was dainty and feminine and oh so adorable. One day she was running around the backyard happy as can be and the next day she had a massive heart attack and died.
I was devastated. I did not want to get another animal. I really hate being overwhelmingly sad. My husband was devastated as well, but he really felt like he could not live without having a dog.
A co-worker at the time was trying to find a home for her dog. She was working 12 hour shifts and felt bad about the dog having to be in a crate all day. She showed me a little video she had made of the dog, which I showed to my husband. Long story short, three days after Jojo died, we had a new dog.
Now that I think of it, I should track down that co-worker and beat her up.
Hope you all are well. Take care out there.
It's a running joke at my job that I hate the Bots and that I have problems with them daily. At least 2 or 3 times a day I am locked out of a file because of them and I have to have a supervisor unlock the file.
Recently, I discovered a consistent error where someone was adding appointment dates that were in January 2022 instead of 2023. When I tracked down who was making the error, I found that it was a bot error. (which made me very happy!) I took a screen shot of the journal entry which clearly showed that the bot made the entry on January 21st, before correcting the error. I sent the screen shot to my boss when I let her know about the errors.
When my boss went to the journal entry she could not see the entry the bot had made on the 21st, because it had changed the date of it's entry to the 22nd. Luckily, I had the screen shot to prove it. I said to my boss, “I'm telling you – those little bots are evil!” My boss just laughed.
Here is a very interesting story on
some problems they are having with Microsoft's new Chatbot:
It's not like we
haven't had lots of predictive programming about how evil these
things are. Think, “I, Robot” and “Terminator” Of course, who
could forget HAL (which is one letter off from IBM). Nothing good can
come from this.
I personally refuse to shop at any business
that replaces their workers with robots or AI. People may spit in
your food but I'm sure what the bots will be able to do to you will
be far worse.
Take care out there.
It just doesn't stop. Over a week ago there was the train derailment in Ohio that is far worse of a catastrophe than people originally thought. Now there has been two more train derailments in other parts of the country. Patrick covers all of them here:
Yesterday I couldn't do a post because the amount of absolute bullshit out there on every front was frankly, overwhelming.
Patara really knows what is going on, I'm going to let her say it best:
I was trying to decide whether I would discuss today's Superbowl or just do the traditional Sunday Music fare. Since the Superbowl is completely rigged (I haven't watched since Marshawn Lynch threw the Seahawks Superbowl years ago) and the half time shows are demonic, I decided to go with Sunday Music instead. Here is hoping that nothing major happens today ala Sum of all Fears.
Earlier this week the Adaptive Curmudgeon had this to say:
“I can even imagine a slightly weird but vaguely logical world where America lets the Chinese Balloon drag its geopolitical nutsack across America’s face all the way to the coast… “
Although I have a different take on the situation – I was highly impressed with the genius of the mind that could craft such a sentence. I laughed so hard my stomach hurt.
Then of course there is this story:
Here is what I think
really happened. No one looks at the sky anymore because they are all
looking down at their phones. Those balloons have been up there the
whole time, but it wasn't until someone in Montana took a picture of
one and posted it online, that all the people saw it on their mobile
devices. Then they started looking up to see if they could see one
and sure enough, there they were. The “can't let a good crisis go
to waste” crowd decided to use the situation to their advantage –
but since they are all a bunch of inbred idiots – they came up with
the China did it scenario.
They have been doing
damage control ever since.
I'm sure we haven't heard
the last of this.
Take care out there.
When you live in the middle of nowhere Kansas you have one choice for internet provider: Hughes.net.
They have been my satellite internet provider for over a year. I need decent internet in order to do my job. They have generally given me slow, crappy internet but I don't have any other choice.
This morning I couldn't clock into work because the website would not come up. I was able to sign into the VPN and the Teams app was running fine so at first I thought I had something wrong with my computer. After spending 45 minutes with the IT guy and several restarts I was able to clock in.
But once I tried to do my job, all I got was the spinning blue circle of death. Things were taking wayyyyy too long to load so I called Hughes.net.
I asked for Technical Support, but instead of getting an ACTUAL technician, a voice came on telling me that I had reached my monthly limit. If I wanted more internet I was going to have to buy a “token”. They had several “tokens” available ranging from $5.99 for a few gigabytes up to $75. If I did not want to purchase a “token” my internet would resume as normal on February 22nd.
If I had to use one word to describe the way I felt at that moment I would have to say ENRAGED. Which is really bad and could possibly be a sin.
After saying “Representative” several times I finally got an actual human being on the phone.
I had to remain calm because A.) it's not this girls fault that the company she works for are extortionist assholes and B.) I was going to need her help to get the situation resolved. I do have a tendency to rant.
So very long story short – I had to cancel my landline phone breaking the contract (a one-off fee of $90 for breaking the contract is better than $75 monthly getting more data) and got a higher data plan.
This entire time I have never had this problem or heard about “tokens” before. While the girl had me on the phone, claiming she gave me a “courtesy token” and presto my internet was running fine again. Like pushing a button. This is just getting everything in place for the day when they will change “tokens” to “credits”. One of the reasons it pissed me off so bad. Then she kept trying to get me to go to the website and “register” where I could get all these great bonuses. No thanks. I will not be “registering”. What a nightmare.
I'm sure that most people would just have bought a token and not thought anything else about it. The squeeze is on. Unfortunately it will continue to get worse – especially by company's as slimy as Hughes.net when they know they have a monopoly.
I wish it would all go away.
I thought only presidents can give SOTU addresses.
Didn't watch it. Don't care, not even enough to listen to highlights or rebuttals. Why ruin a perfectly awesome birthday? I'd like to thank everyone who made my birthday so special – especially Cederq who gave me a big shout out over on bustedknuckles.com.
My car is running again after over a month. I forgot what true freedom was there for a minute. Bought a second electric heater yesterday so we are doing good for heat, just in time for 20 degree weather.
Back to work today. Kind of looking forward to it. It gives my day a little structure.
Hope you are well. Take care out there.
So today is my birthday. Not that I want to announce it to everyone on the internet but, I'm 57. The last 20 years have been mostly a blur. It still surprises me that our country has fallen. Sad.
Just when I thought that everything that could break has already done so, our heater decided to die on us. Thank God this week is up in the 50's and not down to 8 degrees like it was last week. The RV repair man said the parts won't be here until Thursday. Sigh.
When I told my sister about the heater, she told me that they call it BOAT.
“Boat?” I asked.
She said, “Yeah, Bust Out Another Thousand.”
For sure.
Anyway, so far, having a pretty good day. I made real coffee in the percolator instead of that instant crap. Tastes so good, and it didn't take that much longer to make. I should make it this way everyday.
Please pray for the people of Turkey. I don't know if you have heard but they just had a series of devastating earthquakes. A couple of over 7 points and one 8 point. Entire cities have been destroyed. They really need our prayers.
My car battery has finally been charged up so I may go get sushi takeout for lunch. Hope everyone is well. Take care out there.
Since it's Sunday Music day - here is a tribute to my all time favorite movie Kung Fu Panda by the Piano Guys. Enjoy!
By now you have all seen the story of
the Chinese Spy Balloon flying over Montana. There is another story
about it here. What you may not have heard was there was a Chinese
spy balloon flying over Coeur d'Alene Idaho recently as well. Canada
too. Leo Holmann has an excellent write up here.
Interesting story. One of those balloons actually landed in our RV Park a couple months back. I saw it while I was walking the dog one morning. It looked like a huge whitish transparent beach ball and it was taller than the man wearing fatigues standing next to it. I had to sort of squint because it seemed like it was hard to look at, as though there was some technology being used. I'm kicking my self for not going over there and taking a better look. I could have donned my best “ignorant, nosy old lady walking her dog” persona and asked the man some questions. Something told me not to. Later when I went back to that spot, the balloon and the man were gone and it was clear as day.
We know the media lies about everything and the fact that congress is talking about it and it is plastered all over the front of Drudge speaks volumes. I think they are lying about the Chinese Spy balloon. Why hasn't the Pentagon shot it down? (It's not because the top military brass are fake and gay. Literally!) I believe it's because it is not a Chinese spy balloon.
It's OUR spy balloon.
What?! You don't think the US Military is running aerial surveillance operations against the enemy?
We are the enemy.
They are not going to admit their highly complex (and expensive) balloon spying equipment is being used on the American public, or worse. Watch for an upcoming EMP attack or something similar. It will be our military that does it. But...
Let's just say that China did it.
Anyway, take care out there.
I work for an extremely woke company. They embrace every single woke agenda item there is. Literally every progressive box is checked. The HR people have their pronouns listed at the bottom of their emails. It's really disgusting and ridiculous.
I was reminded that February is Black History month when I got an email on the 1st. It was from the (company name) Black Alliance. My very first thought was how can a company have a black alliance? All hell would break loose if people got an email from the (company name) White alliance. I don't understand how that isn't racist? The temptation to raise holy hell about it is strong, but I know I would lose. You have to pick your battles.
It is still safe to discriminate against the evil little Bots who always seem to have locked the last fax in my queue and it is after the people who can unlock the file have gone home for the night. But I'm sure once AI has equal human rights, if not downright preferred status, the days when hating them openly will be over. Next we will have the (company name) Bot Alliance. I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Evil bastards.
Take care out there.
Just thought I would give a little update. I'm sure everyone has seen the article recently (not linking to it) blaming those who didn't roll up their sleeves for not warning those who stood in line to drink the kool-aid. I know that I personally screamed from the roof tops to every single person I came in contact with not to do it.
The whole purpose of the article was to heap more condemnation on those who saw through the whole affair and kept ourselves away from all things inoculation, and to shift the blame and responsibility off those who took it. Luckily, I saw the psy-op when I read it and didn't get all bent out of shape about it, although I was tempted to get very pissed off. It is what it is.
The consequences of the world-wide experiment are all around us and we have not seen the last of it. There are still commercials for boosters everywhere on TV and online so this is not over yet.
Patara has a nice polite rant about it.
