American flags are out again on Buckeye Avenue. The temperature topped 90 degrees on Saturday. We closed up the house and turned the AC on. My father in law bought us food from Joe Snuffy's and we had a nice visit. I ordered the catfish this time. So yummy! We had plenty of leftovers to dine on for the rest of the weekend.
Finally had a chance to go through my pantry and check all the labels. We can add Jiffy Corn Bread mix to the list (4 boxes.) The bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch in my fridge isn't bio-engineered but the bottle in my pantry is. There was one container of Bisquick Shake and Pour pancake mix that was gmo'd but the rest of the food was good. It's a sad day when you decide that the High Fructose Corn Syrup in the Van Camp's Pork and Beans is okay. There is a famine coming after all.

It would be so fitting for our bizarro world narrative to have the first female President of the United States be a man. Just rumors at this stage.

It wouldn't surprise me a bit to see Obama get a fourth term in office... After all, with the NYT saying that a healthy president isn't necessary to run the government, it's thinking would probably be the same for a clueless one... After all the same hands are working the strings of both...

Unless (he/she/it) disrobes on prime time national TV would I even consider that. I wouldn't vote for it anyway, too close to the magic light breaker for my tastes.
