It's so nice when the enemy let's you
know the next level of control they have in mind for you. Oh sure,
(pooh pooh) it could be used to bring about a dark dystopian
future, but look at all the good things!
You should really
watch the whole thing. The technology is already here.

Taking Mind Control to a Whole New Level

Not My Paprika!
I went grocery shopping early on Saturday morning. I pulled into the parking lot and realized I had forgotten my list. I have a semi-photographic memory, so I sat in the car and wrote down a new list reading the picture in my mind. I was pretty sure I had most of the things written down from the original list. (Of course I forgot butter – again!)
In the spice aisle, I picked up a bottle of McCormick's paprika ($5.03 for 2.5 oz.) The ingredients stated, “Paprika, Sodium Dioxide (to make Free Flowing)”. Are you kidding me? All of the paprika, including the generic brands had sodium dioxide. You can imagine how irritated I was. Why do they have to taint everything?
I did some research into Sodium Dioxide. Most websites I checked stated that it was safe to consume. This is a wonderful quote from here:
“Finally, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) all recognize silicon dioxide as a safe food additive.”
Well, if those guys said it is safe to eat, that means it totally is. Safe and effective. It's not like they are completely corrupt organizations with an open evil agenda to kill us all. So, I should just trust them and the science they rode in on. Yeah, Not bloody likely.
Thankfully, in another area of the store, was an end display filled with huge jars of 100% pure spices. I was able to get a 6.5oz bottle for $5.99. It has the grocery store name on it (which is locally owned) and bottled at a place called, Nutmeg Spice Company. So for roughly the same price I got three times the paprika and none of the poison. From now on I will only go to that section for spices. Sheesh!
Hope you all had a great weekend. Take care out there.

Sunday Music: Am I the Only One
I was actually looking at Blue Grass
music on a suggestion from CederQ, but then I found this video on the
Lucky Side Bar. It is a couple years old, but still relevant, if not
more so. It made me cry.
Warning – there is very strong
language in this video. Since we are in a war for our very lives, I
think the language is appropriate.

Yesterday Was Fun
I just want to thank everyone who came over from bustednuckles.com yesterday and left comments. I think everyone had a good time and I want to thank CederQ for posting the link. I had the highest view count ever. I'm sorry if I was not able to respond to everyone's comments but they were all appreciated.
Here is some interesting links I read earlier today that I think you might like:

Questioning the Official Story
I once had a boyfriend tell me that George W. Bush was basically the devil. I said, “No he's not! He took the Prime Minister of Japan to Graceland!” I guess in my mind at the time, that was really cool.
Later I had a different boyfriend who wanted me to watch Michael Moore's documentary on 9-11 even though I decided I was not going to believe anything about it because I watched it happen live on TV. I literally do not even remember the movie now, but it did question the official story. It made me think that maybe things were not what they seem.
To be perfectly honest, the movie “The Matrix” was really what started to open my eyes. The idea that things REALLY are not what they seem, resonated with me, especially because of some of the stuff going on in my life at that time.
So I became a researcher. It's not so
much that I wanted to know the truth. It's that I love the truth.
When you KNOW what the truth is, the lies being told straight to your
face are easy to recognize.
Have we been lied to the last
three years? Blatantly. But it was the “official story” so
millions of people believed it and went and got the youknowwhats. If
you want to know the truth about what happened you have to wade
through a sea of gatekeepers, con-men with credentials and even the
perpetrators who will say, “I didn't know!” and act all innocent.
They knew all along.
CederQ posed a question recently on
bustednuckles. It's a good question that I was delighted to see. We
all grew up with the official narrative. Why not question it? They
are lying about everything. Maybe they are lying about this too.
People that instantly state that you are dumb to believe that, and
don't want to talk about it, have not looked into the possibility.
I'm not going to say what I believe on the subject. But it's still a
subject that bears looking into.
Questioning the official story is a good place to start.

Crustless Broccoli Quiche
(I'm sure I originally got this recipe
online – but it is written in my recipe book – so I have no idea
where I got it. I'm going to give you the recipe the way it is
written, but I will put in parenthesis how I really make it –
LOL)
Ingredients:
2 TBS oil (I never use oil to cook my
veggies – always real butter. I use however much it takes)
2
cups broccoli (you can substitute whatever veggie you want,
mushrooms, cauliflower, or mix and match etc.)
1 cup chopped onion
(I usually just use a half of whatever kind of onion I have – you
can also use green onions as well.)
2 medium cloves garlic –
minced
6 large eggs
¼ cup sour cream
¾ cup milk (I use
half and half – check the label to make sure there is no added
chemicals)
½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper (I usually add ¼ to ½ tsp
of paprika as well)
1 ½ cups shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. coat a pie
pan (a big one) with cooking spray (I use butter again. There is no
such thing as too much butter!)
Heat oil (butter) and cook
onions (until translucent). Add garlic and veggies until they start
to soften.
Whisk eggs, milk, sour cream, and spices in a
large bowl. Fold in veggies and cheese. Pour into pie pan. (I usually
put a little extra cheese on top.)
Bake at 350F for 45 - 50
minutes. (make sure it is set in the middle) Let cool 10 minutes
before eating.
Like I said, I have had great success with this
recipe and it is a great way for me to clean the veggies out of the
fridge.
Take care out there!
