2nd interviews are usually a good sign, but I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch if you know what I mean. I'm sure my interview will be something like this:

So, your interviewer has a moustache? That could be an interesting interrogation... I have had a few and thought about the same lines, being interviewed by an airhead. You would think interviewing for a professional medical position you would have someone having some knowledge of ...wait for it... Medicine! The HR person was a shoe in of the moustache played in that parody.
Break a leg in the interview and overwhelm them with your knowledge, and personality!
