Curiouser and curiouser... Now why would be the point of deleting them? Only to not have to pay out and provide healthcare for the rest of that man's life as well as disability and not reporting adverse reactions. I don't know what Canada's protocol for health records but in the US, they are legal documents and cannot be destroyed and lost. If they are doctors, staff, record clerk are in serious do do and can be sued and have criminal charges brought forth.
I don't know what will happen with that. I was pretty shocked.
