The F Word

* WARNING! * - Strong Language – if the F word offends you – read no further. Have a nice day.

Today is Independence day. It is supposed to be a day to celebrate our Freedom. Our freedom from the tyrannical British government and King George in particular. Our day to celebrate our independence with food, fun, family, fireworks.

Growing up, we respected the American flag and what it represented. We were horrified when people would set it on fire in the name of whatever loony cause they wanted. But – burning the flag was also freedom of speech – a right granted to us by our Creator, so we let them burn.

The park managers here had taken the time to put little American flags on all the spots and it looked great. But this morning they are all gone. Some thief has come along and taken them all. We just can't have nice things anymore.

We have the F*** Joe Biden crowd on the right and the F*** the Fourth people on the left. The city of Orlando decided to come out and say, “we have some fireworks but no one wants to celebrate, please come out and watch anyway cuz, errr, we already paid for them” - that's not what they actually said but close enough.

Traditionally, if the country was in distress, the flag was flown upside down. But even that has been ripped off. Now they are trying to fly it upside down because of roe vs wade.

Get your own flag douchebags.

I, for one, wanted to celebrate Independence Day today. My eyes are open, I know that our country has been stolen out from underneath us by traitors within and our freedoms are being hijacked one by one. Our country is on it's last leg in a slow death spiral. I wanted to celebrate it because it very well may be the last time we can. At the rate we are going, they will make it illegal to fly the flag and will not allow independence day to be a national holiday anymore.

So drink a beer, eat some meat, and remember the good old days, when America was still the home of the brave and the land of the free. Celebrate while you still can.

Take care out there.

The old America is still there in remnants and small, out of the way towns and counties where the Interstates are miles and miles away. That is where we will regroup and protect Christianity and manners and the love of the land and each other.

I believe you are correct - not sure about the people here where we are. I ran into some busy bodies recently, but I'm hoping they are just campers that will soon move along. I really need to talk more to my permanent neighbors and see where they stand.
